I have over 23 years’ experience in ecological studies, ecosystem restoration/mitigation planning/design, regulatory compliance and permitting. I have an in-depth knowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and Clean Water Act (CWA). I am an experienced team leader in the above disciplines. Over the course of my career, I have managed numerous projects from proposal development and budgeting through planning, design, permitting, construction, and success criteria monitoring.

Earth Restorations currently supports our clients with their permitting, ecosystem restoration, and compensatory mitigation needs as a result of unavoidable impacts to WOTUS occurring from site development and infrastructure growth. Our services include natural resources inventory surveys/studies, WOTUS reviews, hydrologic determinations, protected species/habitat surveys, NEPA compliance documentation, CWA Section 404/401 permitting, and restoration/mitigation plan development support.
