As a licensed real estate broker and M&A advisor, I specialize in lower-middle-market transactions, with a focus on deals that often include real estate.My career began in industrial real estate brokerage, where I represented tenants and landlords through leasing and investment sales. Today, I’ve expanded into sell-side M&A advisory, working closely with owners, attorneys, accountants, private equity firms, and family offices. My role is to bridge the gap between business and real estate, ensuring owners maximize value while navigating negotiations, due diligence, and closing.I believe selling a business is one of the most important transactions of an owner’s life and it shouldn’t be done alone.
