I\'m a Production & Development Coordinator at Ish Entertainment, an unscripted full-service production company. At Ish, I support a wide range of projects in both production and development, as well as coordinate the CEO\'s busy schedule. I\'m lucky to be on a team that both supports and challenges me as I grow in my career! I value candid communication, opportunities for learning, and creative problem-solving. I believe that the industry has an obligation to be a driving force for diversity and inclusion, and it should be a priority to make way for the voices that deserve to be heard.
