Works closely with the Marketing team to help create compelling US Chain in-store graphics • Manage and drive innovation, development, execution, and quality for all US Chain Accounts (ULTA, WALMART & CVS to name a few) • Partner with Marketing/Sales/Creative in development of outstanding, innovative and cost effective designs that work within all creative assets (fonts, look+feel) for all Chain accounts • Ensure creative assets and brand and seasonal campaigns are produced on time and ensure high design standards • Collaborate with cross-functional partners when needed to gain necessary assets and information for execution drawings and guidelines. • Ability to solve merchandising challenges creatively while remaining on-brand • Requires a strong proficiency in file preparation and delivery for multiple mediums. • Assist in concepts and layouts for seasonal campaigns • Work on digital media (video) & OOH projects for the Media team ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, create mechanicals, package and distribute merchandising designs (for production) as needed and under strict deadlines • Create guidelines/presentations/offerings by program for internal/external use • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Training designers/production (production and prepare files before going to print)
