My work spans the intersection of law, technology, and public policy, with a focus on antitrust, competition law, and regulatory compliance. I have advised clients on complex matters such as cartel enforcement, merger control, abuse of dominance, and global regulatory frameworks.In the United States, I gained extensive experience in antitrust litigation and technology policy, working on multi-jurisdictional matters involving intricate regulatory challenges. In India, I have represented multinational corporations before the Competition Commission of India and courts, managing high-stakes litigation and regulatory approvals across sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.My current work focuses on addressing public policy and regulatory challenges in India’s digital economy. I advise FinTech and BigTech companies on critical issues such as digital payments, data governance, and competition frameworks. My role involves analyzing legislative developments, providing insights on regulatory trends, and collaborating with government and industry stakeholders to shape forward-looking policies that foster innovation while ensuring compliance.I am also committed to fostering access to education and opportunities for underrepresented communities. We do this through four key interventions evidenced to be effective in achieving these aims: a) Mentoring, counseling, and role-modeling, b) Information, advice, and guidance, c) Capacity-building and leadership skill development, and d) Evidence-based advocacy.
