I am a dynamic professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee operations, and training and development. In my career, I have been recognized for my ability to streamline recruitment processes, optimize employee operations, and deliver high-quality training programs. I have successfully managed recruitment drives, facilitated employee visa processes, and designed and executed comprehensive training initiatives.In my role as a Senior Executive Recruiter at HCL Tech, I collaborated with project managers to understand their hiring requirements & create compelling job postings to attract top talent. I conducted recruitment drives, overseeing the entire process from planning to onboarding & induction of new employees. I designed and implemented behavioral questionnaires & screening processes for applicants. I scheduled and co-conducted interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates & managers. I also managed the BGV process and conducted employee exit interviews, addressing any concerns & grievances.As an Employee Operations Executive, I was responsible for coordinating H1B visa applications & ensuring efficient utilization of visas. I worked closely with delivery managers & finance teams to optimize seat costs for projects, contributing to overall cost savings. I managed a team of resources responsible for assigning employees to various billable/non-billable codes through the Resource Assignation System portal.As a Training & Development Facilitator, I played a key role in driving learning and development initiatives across the organization. I served as the training SPOC for deployment-focused, proactive capability, bench, and freshers\' trainings, overseeing the planning, execution & feedback collection for approx 80 technical trainings a month. I ran organization-wide certification programs with a high participation rate and implemented customized learning programs for leadership & non-leadership roles. Also, I co-created monthly training calendar having various trainings & their details. I utilized my expertise in LMS to develop and implement content, monitor success, and assess trainer performance.I leveraged my skills in content creation & market research to enhance training materials, create engaging communication and ensure the delivery of cutting-edge programs.
