About Rheal Caron
Mr. Rheal Caron has worked for ABS Group/GenesisSolutions for the last five years and has performed ISO 55001 Gap Analysis for several large Utilities in the United States and Canada. Mr. Caron has worked with Utilities to implement an Asset Management System that consist of; asset management Framework, Road Map, Work-Flows, Asset Management Plans, Procedures, and Asset Management processes. Mr. Caron also supported the selection and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS) work-flows and procedures to ensure most effective utilization of the EAMS. Mr. Caron has worked in the Power Industry for more than 30 years building Green Field combined cycle power plants from design, construction, commissioning and commercial operations. Mr. Caron power experience includes; Plant Manager of state of the art power plant, Director of Operations overseeing 40 power plants, Director of Asset Management and Vice President of Turbine Maintenance. Mr. Caron also implemented NERC standards compliance program and Best Practices for GDF SUEZ and Equipower. Mr. Caron’s objectives is to build relationships with clients to ensure that they receive what is needed for a successful asset management program.
