Hired to provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight to Full Service Partnership (FSP) program teams to ensure excellent care, ongoing training, and service delivery. Offer timely information and feedback to the Chief Officer. Conduct quarterly performance reviews. Coordinate, lead, and moderate management, team, and internal self-governing group meetings. Represents organization in mental health consumer/coalition, community involvement and constituency groups.
