Having spent the first part of my career at academy finance companies like GE and Stanley Black & Decker in a variety of audit and finance roles with progressive leadership (from audit manager to executive FP & A leader, to business unit CFO), I know what \"best in class\" looks like in terms of capability, process, transformation, and operational rigor. This foundational experience across all levels of an organization, from manufacturing site level roles, regional/segment HQ, and global HQ and in all facets of finance (accounting/audit, commercial finance, FP & A, ops finance and investor relations) has truly shaped me as an executive leader, top performer, and business partner. My background across various companies, industries, business models, and size allows me to be agile and adaptable.As an experienced CFO and trusted business partner, I have managed P & Ls from $200M to $2B in sales, including international experience as an expat CFO/COO in Europe. I bring a successful track record of improving organic growth, margins, and working capital. I co-led the sale process of Stanley Security ($3.2B price) at 16X Adjusted EBITDA ($1B value creation in 3 years). I also served as FP & A income statement and investor relations lead for a $36B segment of GE (now GE Vernova). As the VP Finance & Treasurer at FORTNA, a private equity-backed company, I oversaw the financial operations, planning, analysis, and reporting of the company, as well as support its strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, debt management, and business development. Additionally, I partner with the senior leadership, the board, and the private equity sponsors (THL and ADIA) to ensure alignment and transparency on the financial performance and goals of the company. Most recently, I served as a board member to Edge360, a security solutions provider, where I helped facilitate its successful sale to an LLR portfolio company.
