Every day I work with regulators, NGO\'s and universities to build regulatory frameworks, treatment trains and economic systems that harness the full potential of produced water. The end state of which includes reclaimed fresh water, habitat restoration, aquifer replenishment and the recovery of valuable strategic minerals.I permitted the first and largest TPDES discharge permit in the Permian basin, targeting 17MGD of treated produced water. I serve on the DARPA funded Critical Mineral Forum in Washington DCI am a member of the steering committee for both the NMPWRC and TXPWRC I have managed the design, buildout and execution of multiple field treatment trials relating to produced water. I routinely present progress and findings at conferences to articulate our work in the treated produced water space.
