My experience is in managing the implementation and deployment in the final hardware or IT software in its intended network. My project management Masters Certificate is from George Washington University, along with Six Sigma training which have been useful in applying PMO skills. I have extensive experience working with design engineers, manufacturing managers, and sales/marketing teams and have expertise building cohesive teams to deliver hardware or software on time and within budget. As a Senior Project manager, my objective is to implement the following primary responsibilities: Lead assigned projects from concept to completion utilizing MS Project Pro and Sharepoint cloud based services. Communicate project objectives to all team members involved. Provide project managers or project team with feedback, encouragement and advice. Troubleshoot risks/issues that come up during the project and ensure closure. Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs and obtain approval from stakeholders. Communicate with the various department heads regarding resource allocation. Host regularly scheduled project meetings for each project under my direction. Refine project budget as needed to ensure cost adherence and fiscal responsibility. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed. Ensure regulatory compliance is obtained where mandated.
