Led the Education Cloud product marketing team of 5 product marketers, including one technical PMM. Manage Education Cloud messaging and positioning; own internal messaging guide and conduct message testing in core regions on a yearly basis. Responsible for creating Education Cloud certification deck for yearly certification process of all EDU account executives; manage Education Cloud master call deck for customer & prospect conversations. Responsible for Education Summit \'21 & \'22 keynote development including writing scripts for Education Cloud\'s GM & SVP; wrote scripts and managed demo development for University of Colorado transformational demo & MIT exec ed demo; moderated ASU student panel and managed overall ASU event story via customer film & demo. Manage Education Cloud\'s web presence on Salesforce.org including updating messaging, core assets, and product visuals. Launched Work.com for Education landing page and corresponding playbook highlighting how Salesforce empowers institutions to stabilize, reopen and evolve with new business models. Led Education Cloud\'s presence in Salesforce\'s Leading Through Change event series including an episode on how Tableau is driving a data-driven culture at Ivy Tech Community College. Partnered with creative, web, and research teams to build Salesforce.org\'s Global Higher Education Research Snapshot, an interactive landing page highlighting student insights during the pandemic. Launched Salesforce.org\'s second edition of the Connected Student Report which resulted in PR coverage across 14 articles (earned media). Delivered demo for the Education Cloud keynote at Dreamforce \'21; wrote customer panel questions and demo script highlighting Education Cloud\'s latest innovations; wrote announcement and intro scripts in partnership with leadership team.
