ABOUT RACHEL GOSS
I’m a Client Experience leader who believes that great customer outcomes start with empowered, supported teams. I lead with curiosity, empathy, and a drive to help others bring their full selves to work.In my current role as Director of Client Experience at Movable Ink, I manage a high-performing team that partners with some of the world’s most innovative brands. With two decades of digital marketing experience, I guide strategy across diverse portfolios spanning retail, QSR, and financial services.I previously drove significant net recurring revenue as an IC before stepping into leadership, where I now focus on elevating client strategy, deepening relationships, and coaching my team to deliver measurable business impact. Movable Ink’s technology activates any data source with AI-powered decisioning to create truly personalized content across channels—and I love the challenge of bringing that vision to life with our clients. Before Movable Ink, I built and led the CRM team at Artsy, transforming the email program from hand-coded newsletters into automated, data-powered customer journeys filled with personalized art recommendations. Earlier in my career, I worked across the art world—cataloging artworks for major auctions, teaching art history, analyzing market data, and writing my dissertation on how social media reshaped the art market (years before it became the norm). I’ve also contributed to inclusive culture-building through three years on Movable Ink’s DEI Council and as co-chair of Movable Pink, our employee resource group for 200+ female-identifying and non-binary employees. Today I serve on the board of a local LGBTQ+ non-profit and coach women 1:1.The pandemic brought me from New York to New Orleans, where I’ve reconnected with my own art practice. So yes—I’m also an artist.
