At Adani Group, where I currently head projects and operations & maintenance, I turned around the Jhansi GA’s EBITDA from a loss of INR -22L to a positive INR +1.7Cr monthly within just 13 months—a journey that taught me the power of collaboration and innovative thinking.My approach blends technical expertise with an ethical compass rooted in Gandhian and Bhagat Singh\'s philosophies.    Key Achievements: Turned Jhansi GA EBITDA positive within 13 months, improving from INR -22L to INR +1.7Cr per month. Reduced Lost & Unaccounted Gas (LUAG) from 4% to 0.5%(CNG) and below 2%(PNG) using smart metering & process optimizations. Led the execution of 171+ CNG stations, 125+ km steel pipelines, and 1,500+ km MDPE pipelines. Implemented SCADA, AMR, GIS, and SAP (PS/MM/PM modules) to enhance operational automation. Spearheaded the Integrated Management System (IMS) for ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 compliance.
