As part of the effort from Cell Program to achieve cost parity in US market in second half of 2024 for the 4680 Cell, I transferred to Cell software organization and became responsible for technical software support for Cell Manufacturing in giga factory Berlin-Brandenburg (GFBB)- Single point of contact for GFBB Cell software users, assuring all support requests and escalations are covered in a timely manner, based on understanding of Cell manufacturing. Incidents involve Applications bugs, interactions between applications and between middleware and machines/PLCs- Part of global team which runs 24 x 7 to match the Cell manufacturing facilities. I take part in on-call rotation to support Giga Factory Texas (GFTX) as well- Release Manager for SOX compliant Cell software in GFBB and responsible for executing its deployments- Own Production, Intralogistics and Finance problems and provide coordination between different stakeholders. Such insights are achieved through deep knowledge of Cell applications and its data flows- Configure and maintain automation and monitoring systems to optimize utilization of Cell Software- Integration of new GFBB commissioned lines into Cell software. Setup of staging environments for Control engineers to test transactions between machines and applications before SOP.
