I’ve spent the better part of 20 years building, coding, and piloting things. Whether it’s fixed-wing or rotors, I’ve always been happiest in the weeds of a hard technical problem—the kind where you’re just trying to figure out why something won\'t fly, until it finally does.For the last three years at TILT, my focus has been on bringing scalable autonomy to market. But more importantly, it\'s been about the people. My title is \"Principal Peanut Butter and Jelly Chef\" because I believe my real job is making sure our team has exactly what they need to build something incredible.TILT is really just an extension of that builder culture. We’ve brought together some of the most talented people in the industry to solve the \"impossible\" parts of aerospace, and we’re having a lot of fun doing it.
