About Rebecca Fraser-Thill
I\'m an ICF-credentialed Coach (Professional Certified Coach; PCC) focused on Leadership and Executive challenges and opportunities, including management strategies, retention concerns, and promotion and succession development. I also hold coaching certificates in organizational development (CODC) and change management (CCMC).Within the consulting team at BerryDunn, I provide leadership and executive coaching to clients in nonprofits, local and state government, and small to large businesses. In the 13 years before joining BerryDunn - 4.5 of them full time - I ran a private practice coaching individuals around the world on career, leadership, and executive topics, while writing for a variety of outlets, including Harvard Business Review, and having interviews featured in many publications and podcasts. My background in psychology and human development infuses everything I do. I spent two decades in higher ed, teaching psychology at Bates College and as a graduate TA at Cornell. During that period I also led a team charged with the design, prototyping, and initial implementation of one of the three primary strategic initiatives at Bates: an innovative set of career development programming called Purposeful Work, reporting directly to the President throughout the process. These experiences developed my managerial, cross-functional relationship, and communication skills, which combined powerfully with the theory, research, and knowledge I gained while teaching all topics and levels of psychology.Between five certificates in coaching, including the gold-standard ICF credential, a master\'s degree in developmental psychology from Cornell, and hundreds of hours of coaching practice making use of human-centered design, I bring my clients a deep understanding of human thinking and behavior, especially in group and organizational contexts, coupled with a tangible, well-refined skill set for supporting positive future actions.Considering employer-sponsored Leadership or Executive Coaching?
