I’m a strategy and operations leader who gets dropped into the messy middle and makes it work. Over 17 years I have built and scaled operating models across banking, fintech, healthtech and payments from pre-seed start ups to the UK’s national payments platform.At Pay.UK I built the operating model behind the UK’s first fraud reimbursement regime. A world first that protected victims of APP fraud and reshaped how the industry thinks about consumer protection. At Peppy I scaled ops from 6 people to 200, launched in the US across 50 states and owned the Ops P&L through hypergrowth. At Santander I led strategy and transformation in lending and payments, delivering the UK’s first cloud hosted asset finance platform and cutting decision times by 80%.I believe in flat structures and giving people the space to do their best work.
