   Act as an “air traffic controller” for client programs, responsible for ensuring that all projects within are delivered successfully. Success is more than just cost and schedule; scope, quality, resources and risk feature prominently as well•Lead collaboratively at the intersection of sales, professional services, and technical teams, focusing on the customer’s requirements. Strategic and critical thinking, effective communication, and proactively delivering results come standard•Provide a seamless, high-quality customer experience, and form relationships with clients, partners, and CDW senior management founded upon trust and accountability.Notable accomplishments include:Took over a challenged $4 million AWS cloud migration program for one of the three US credit monitoring agencies. Rapidly onboarded, including significant SAFe Agile practices, and then owned program reporting to customer & CDW senior leadership. Built custom program budget dashboards which allowed us to correct struggling projects, improve resource allocations, and ensure prompt invoicing. Replaced technical leadership where needed, and restructured projects to deliver better value to the customer.Led $428k tenant migration project for a prominent game development studio being divested from its parent company. Developed close working relationships with our customer stakeholders as well as our technical SMEs and global program leads to successfully deliver the assessment, build, and migration phases across multiple technologies, including active directory, azure, and office 365, within a 6 month timeframe.Developed and implemented an internal program manager wiki to improve knowledge sharing, documentation culture, as well as speed and quality of program management services delivery. Deployed product management skills, including user story interviews and rapid prototyping, to leverage existing knowledge and centralize it, all the while maintaining focus on ease of use.
