Corporate Director reporting directly to the bank President. Senior Loan Committee - in-depth and comprehensive credit understanding. Review loan requests, examine business and guarantor financials, opine on structure and recommend loan structure changes approve/decline request. Oversee 45 Employees/direct reports in the following areas:Special Credits department- work outs, collection and loan recovery team. Regular monitoring of delinquencies and collections and report to Board. Work directly with attorneys to plan legal approach to loan recovery. Coach and develop team. Loan Administration - Create, Develop and Maintain bank loan policy for Commercial and Consumer Lending Loan Documentation and Loan production Division - Developed new and streamlined loan documentation to increase efficiency and reduce loan booking time. Coach manager and develop new approaches to improve efficiency. Appraisal Review Department- Review RE lending practices, vet and approve bank appraisers, ensure bank regulatory compliance. Implemented changes to improve communication and ways to reduce and offset the costs to the bank. Credit Analysis Department - Oversee financial spreading and underwriting analysts, review and approve corporate and business cards. Ensure quality product through feedback and consulting with direct reports. Covenant Monitoring Division - developed formal business loan convenant monitoring program, created new Problem Asset Reporting tool, developed and enhanced line of credit/ borrowing base reports. Special projects include, Working with finance and accountants to quantify loan portfolio risk, recommend loan system enhancements, developed ACH risk exposure policies and standards, improved credit card reporting and monitoring. Other duties include working with attorneys for bankruptcy and ad-hoc legal requests. Mentor and consultant for lending teams to help train and develop loan officers.
