   As a Datacenter Technician supporting Microsoft’s AI datacenter operations, I work in a fast moving environment with advanced AI infrastructure, including GB200 servers built for massive compute workloads. My role is hands on and mission critical, supporting the systems that power large scale AI models and cloud services.I install and validate server hardware, run diagnostics, replace components, manage cabling, and perform system checks on GB200 units. These servers require precision, strong judgment, and strict process discipline. I complete reseats, part swaps, optic replacements, and structured fiber and copper work to keep systems reliable.AI hardware changes quickly, so I stay flexible and ready to learn new procedures and tools. I follow detailed workflows, document work accurately, and partner with engineering, operations, and network teams to resolve issues quickly. Clear communication is essential, especially during shift transitions and maintenance windows.I maintain security standards, update asset records, and support overall uptime and reliability of the datacenter. Working in an AI focused environment has strengthened my technical skills and sharpened my ability to operate under pressure while supporting next generation computing.
