One of the most satisfying experiences in my life was when the wife of a software engineer gave me a hug and with tears in her said,\"My husband used to work 12 hours a day, and not be satisfied with what he accomplished and come home stressed and unhappy. Now he works less and is happy and feels like he\'s accomplishing more. He is a better husband and a better father.\" Changing lives through process - it happens. Building on years of delivering high-quality software for companies large and small, and working with software developers from all over the world, I pride myself in my ability to bring people together to work for a common goal. I have led the transition of multiple teams and departments from disorganized and inefficent to highly efficient, metrics-based, lean-agile teams. I have experience working with distributed teams in India.
