About Ryan Faught

As the Senior Vice President of People at Milo\'s Tea Company, I lead the strategic direction and execution of all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, development, retention, and engagement. With over seven years of experience at Milo\'s Tea Company, I have helped scale the organization from 300 to over employees, while maintaining a strong culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation. I have also implemented effective employee benefits, relations, and analytics programs, resulting in improved employee satisfaction, performance, and retention. My core competencies include HR management, leadership development, organizational design, and change management. I am passionate about creating a diverse, inclusive, and empowering workplace that aligns with the company\'s mission of brewing happiness for our customers, employees, and communities. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama, and I have completed executive education programs in Business Administration and Management, and Human Resources Management and Analytics from Wharton and Emeritus respectively. I am also a graduate of the Young American Leaders Program at Harvard Business School, where I learned from and networked with the next generation of leaders across various sectors and industries.
