Founded and scaled a B2B SaaS RegTech business delivering AI-aware governance, compliance, and crisis management platforms to regulated sector clients across the UK, Europe, and international markets. Engaged governmental, NGO, and organisational bodies across multiple jurisdictions to explore institutional integration partnerships. Built the first North American market pipeline within the Alberta, Canada healthcare sector.

At GlaxoSmithKline, I led a multi-region Agile transformation that reduced product enhancement cycles from years to six weeks, shifting the organisation from Big Upfront Design to persistent, long-lived product teams. I hold a CMI Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, which means I bring structured development into every engagement: not just delivery, but building the capability around me so the results last.
