ABOUT REZWAN PAVRI

I am a partner at Wilson Sonsini, and work with private and public companies through all stages of their growth, as well as with investment banks, venture capital firms and private equity firms. I specialize in the areas of corporate and securities law, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and general corporate representation.My goal is to help clients achieve business-oriented solutions to their legal challenges. I strive to be a counselor and an integral part of the team, rather than merely an external service provider.
