Serve as primary liaison for inbound security operations communications via ServiceNow, email, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring timely triage, escalation, and resolution across multiple workstreams- Process firewall and proxy access requests and troubleshoot user connectivity issues in coordination with the CISO, validating business justification and enforcing encryption and least-privilege controls- Conduct incident response using CrowdStrike and Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) for endpoint detection, threat analysis, and containment efforts- Support vulnerability management using Rapid7 to identify, assess, and report on Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), tracking remediation progress with the NYC Office of Technology and Innovation- Evaluate and provision secure access to OneDrive, Teams recording/transcription, and SharePoint sites, ensuring compliance with data protection standards and collaborating with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team as needed- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and onboarding materials, and mentor junior analysts to strengthen operational consistency and technical proficiency
