With over 12 years of experience across India’s development sector, I design and scale health-focused programs with measurable impact. My work at healthcare with cleft care and the EBMA Foundation revolves around building access to cleft care and surgical equity, driving both mission-based operations and strategic CSR partnerships. As a social investor and nonprofit strategist, I’ve helped fund over 200+ life-changing surgeries, supported and mobilised more than 4500+ cleft operations, raised ₹30 lakhs in funding, and secured 3 CSR alliances aligned with India\'s healthcare and inclusion goals. I work hands-on in some of India’s most underserved geographies, including Eastern India, Northeast, South, and Western regions mobilising patients, donors and donor engagement, government linkages, and field partners toward solutions that resonate with SDG 3 (Good Health), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
