I am Lead the design and implementation of a cross-organizational service lifecycle management process to streamline the Kyndryl offering construction. I organized work sessions to develop standard taxonomy definitions and guidelines to enable the teams with this transformation, followed by education sessions for offering team, Cost modelers, Pricers, Sales, and Solutioners. As Kyndryl Solutioning enablement and tools director, I developed an education strategy with an appropriate management system for 1500-member solutioning organizations, earning over 1100 external and internal certifications annually.
