In my role as Co-Chair, I have the shared duty and responsibility to oversee the governance of the Board and ensure operational efficiency, accountability, transparency and overall success of the Organization.Served as Board lead with IDRF CEO on operational matters such as: Consultations on Fundraising, Major Gifts and Government Relations. Strategy development for Marketing, Events and IDRF Branding. Contact lead for donors, external enquiries and Community outreach. Served on the following Standing Committee’s of the Board Co-Chair of the Executive Committee of the Board Member of the Finance and Audit Committee Member of the Human Resources Committee -IDRF has provided sustainable development and emergency aid in Canada and 45 other countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the Americas. IDRF has annual revenues in excess of $40M (FY2025) and is governed by a 10 member Board of Directors and 30+ staff members. Since 2022, IDRF has been on the list of Top 100 Canadian Charities, and also twice ranked by the Financial Times as a Top 25 Charity in Canada.
