Ensure the maturity and robustness of Cabin Suppliers\' manufacturing and supply chain processes to avoid supply failures.Utilize best practices and quality management techniques to continuously improve supply chain performance.Assess supplier capacity and capability to secure ramp-up periods and meet Airbus industrial objectives.Monitor and analyze supplier performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting audits and assessments.Manage major industrial risks and support design changes from an industrial perspective.Initiate and follow recovery plans with suppliers in case of delivery performance degradation.Prepare and support regular management reviews with suppliers to discuss delivery and supply chain performance.Assess suppliers during the tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision.Manage supply chain and quality aspects of contracts, ensuring on-time, on-quality, and on-cost performance where applicable.Oversee supplier quality approval, ensuring compliance with necessary certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders.Support new product introductions (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) initiatives, ensuring industrial qualification maturity before the serial phase.Identify supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions.Implement short-term recovery plans and manage supplier performance improvement projects.Report on supplier operational performance and apply associated tools to manage all activities related to supplier management.Verify supplier compliance with Airbus and authority requirements (e.g, POA, QMS, GRESS/ASR).Recover, correct, and improve supplier quality performance using 8D, 9S, Root-Cause Analysis, and containment actions.Coordinate the interfaces of all stakeholders involved in supplier operations management, ensuring effective collaboration with the Multi-Functional Team (MFT).Lead transnational working groups in coordination with the MFT, contributing to NPI and ToW activities
