As a Data Governance Leader, my primary responsibility is to establish and oversee a comprehensive data governance framework that ensures the integrity, security, and effective utilization of data across the organization. I collaborate with key stakeholders to define data policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. In addition, I manage data stewardship processes, promote data quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Furthermore, I am responsible for driving cultural change by fostering a data-driven mindset, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring that data governance practices are integrated into everyday business operations.
