Specified the design for jigs, fixtures and tooling used for accurate operations such as fabricating, assembling, inspecting, testing, etc. Provide engineering assistance & support to research and design to perform testing analysis and involved in design of Microwave digestion systems Design various experiments to help find weak points in Mechanics and Electronics Constantly looking for ways to improve project designs in order to minimize costs without sacrificing the quality and reliability of the products Prepare product documentation and train team leaders in achieving fast implementation of newly released products in production and assembly departments for mass production Development, fabrication & qualification of prototypes for design and testing verification and Validation including executing Electro-Mechanical Design solutions Apply knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation technologies to solve design and other complex technical problems to complete engineering tasks
