I have over 14 years of experience building business application solutions, such as Microsoft Sales Copilot and Dynamics 365 Commerce, and working on large scale Web Services, such as Windows Update, Windows Store, and Windows Online am currently the head of engineering for the Microsoft Sales Copilot Core Services and Experiences, responsible for the back-end technology stack all frontend experiences in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.Prior to leading the Microsoft Sales Copilot Core engineering team, I led several engineering groups in Dynamics 365 Commerce, including Store Commerce, Back Office Operations, and Payments. I also lead several customer, partner, and growth initiatives, responsible for adoption and growing our partner eco-system.My specialty is to run highly efficient and effective engineering teams who operate at a fast pace and with strong execution rhythm, delivering capabilities that customers love with quality and predictability.
