I always look for creativity in everything I do and has been centre of all my work in last 2 decade of various telco roles, first in Tata Communication and then long stint in Nokia. Have donned various leadership roles from building strong enterprise architecting team that deliver niche solutions, to creating a name for Nokia in India IOT forums. In my various roles, I have various first time right up my sleeves and have always looked for new challenge new innovation with an entrepreneur mindset. Have had opportunity of being part of some esteemed panel like TRAI as guest speaker and various other webinar and seminars. I have been part of various leadership programs in Nokia, including Harvard in Nokia as well as various technical certifications like 5G, TOGAF, Six Sigma etc
