Using our proprietary model, Solomon\'s Facilitative Model™, I train people how to create, deliver, and assess their own in-house training. I also custom design trainings for organizations and consult with Safety Managers and Training Managers who want to add more activities and discussions to their events. The work I do at Flight Level Training Solutions is a key piece in a growing revolution which calls for improved practices and assessment to overthrow the habit of box checking.
