As a DC Circular Center Technician Manager, I have learned to Live, and coach the One Microsoft culture and values. Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success. I strive to create and develop positive working relationships with our internal and external customers/stakeholders. I currently help lead our team with our day-to-day operations end to end process execution including pilots and projects to ensure they are driven to successful completion. I am actively engaged in empowering our techs providing support for direct reports and the other team members to assist in their career growth and career path discovery via career growing discussions and providing resources to help with that effort. I actively work with our CC DCPM and other technician Manager to ensure workload is actioned accordingly to meet and exceed SLA and project delivery expectations. I help provide hands on support and use learning opportunities for the team’s growth during operational activity day in and out.
