I used to believe that high performance was a matter of willpower. When I was diagnosed with lupus in 2024, I tried to continue on as I had been. Eventually, I broke. I spent my recovery period researching biological rhythms, psychology, and systems design. I realized that high performance shouldn\'t require a health tax.The Lab | Industrial Engineering ETI I’m currently a Millennium Scholar at Penn State, where my academic journey moved from Industrial Engineering—the optimization of complex processes, systems, and organizations for efficiency and productivity—to Enterprise Technology Integration (ETI). I’m using my degree to bridge the gap between technical systems and the most complex system of all: human capacity.The Product | Founder of Auralis (prev.
