I am that person that has very strong work ethic. I have 10+ years of Staffing experience, admin, clerical and management experience. I have worked hard to get to where I am. Coworkers know me as a highly creative person who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others. I currently work for Full Steam Staffing as a Branch Manager. I run day to day branch operations, budget reports and I recruit, interview and post the most qualified applicants to each job position making sure that the standards of the clients are met and that the requirements in the staffing procedure are fulfilled. I hire and recruit enough number of candidates to fill job vacancies of clients through obtaining referrals, networking and calling.
