During my internship at ClearCam, a medical device startup focused on improving surgical visualization, I have the unique opportunity to bridge clinical environments with commercial strategy. My role combines field experience with creative marketing and sales initiatives:Observe procedures in the operating room (OR) to understand surgeon workflows and gather real-time feedback on ClearCam’s technology.Build relationships with OR staff and surgical teams to support product adoption and gather insights for customer-focused messaging.Develop marketing strategies and content aimed at increasing brand awareness and supporting sales, including digital outreach, sales collateral, and presentation materials.Work closely with the sales team to identify target institutions, research key decision-makers, and help generate leads.Contribute to CRM management and data analysis to improve outreach efficiency and conversion rates.This role allows me to blend clinical exposure with creative strategy, strengthening my skills in communication, market research, and healthcare-focused marketing.
