Support and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and appeals (online and offline)- Cultivate and maintain donor relationships through effective communication and stewardship- Identify and research potential funding opportunities, sponsors, and partners- Work in collaboration with the Angels of Easterseals to establish plans with specific goals and timetables for fundraising events- Create content for flyers, brochures, presentations, business cards, and annual reports- Assist the CEO and Board of Trustees in the development of an annual development plan- Regularly meet the goals of the annual fundraising and development plan- Update and maintain the agency website- Order and maintain promotional materials and supplies- Maintain donor and fundraising software systems, including donor correspondence- Ensure fundraising policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards, and operating protocols are in compliance- Collaborate with an external marketing vendor to develop digital marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns- Develop and nurture relationships with current and potential donors, businesses, community groups, partner organizations, and volunteer groups- Attend public relations events, agency meetings, and fundraisers.
