   NASA/ARES Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) ContractWorkforce Enhancement Officer supporting NASA’s eMITS program, specializing in large scale personnel coordination, workforce readiness, and HR operations across a multi company environment. With a strong focus on operational continuity and professional development, Deliver daily workforce insights, drive employee growth initiatives, and support high visibility mission priorities with accuracy, urgency, and collaboration. Provide comprehensive human resources and personnel management support for the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. Partner with seven teammate companies to coordinate workforce operations and ensure seamless alignment of personnel capabilities with mission-critical objectives, high visibility events, and OCIO/OCOMM priorities.Responsible for overseeing the overall health, readiness, and continuity of the workforce, with a strong focus on minimizing transition gaps and sustaining operational stability.• Serve as the central HR coordination point for an 850 person workforce across seven teammate companies supporting NASA’s OCIO/OCOMM mission needs. • Maintain daily workforce status using a multi variant master staffing tool, tracking active, onboarding, offboarding, and departing personnel. • Lead the Professional Development Program, including management of weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc workforce reporting. • Issue daily communications on resignations, offboarding, RIFs, terminations, job requisitions, hiring offers, new hires, reassignments, status changes, and company alignment. • Process, track, and communicate decisions on professional development requests, including routing to the program review panel. • Provide leadership with timely, accurate workforce data to support planning, forecasting, and operational execution.
