With over ten years of diverse work experience in consulting, accounting, logistics, and technology, I develop product and business operations strategies that address customers\' needs. I am passionate about creating innovative and scalable solutions that introduce empathy into the user experience to drive business growth.As an MBA graduate from UC Berkeley, and with my certified public accountant (CPA) background, I bring a unique combination of analytical, financial, and strategic skills to the team. I’ve worked closely with group product managers, full stack engineers, UX designers, PhD researchers, and data scientists to identify customer pain points, define product requirements, and prioritize features. I’ve also collaborated with other stakeholders, such as legal and finance, to ensure alignment and compliance with regulations and policies.
