   For the Lentivirus Manufacturing process, I helped author GMP documentation like Master Batch Records, Work Instructions, and SOPs to implement process and documentation improvements to allow for easier processing and reduce documentation errors. By joining the operators on the manufacturing floor, I gained firsthand insight on any issues, assisted with troubling, and helped collect data on different downstream process steps like TFF and clarification to support ongoing process improvements-I assisted with writing protocols and reports for supporting studies, as well as executing these studies in our process development lab and ultimately helping implement them in commercial production-I Worked with cross functional team to mitigate real-time issues and provide solutions during commercial manufacturing to allow for continuous processing and business continuity. For any issues with Fill Finish and VE, I worked with the investigations and QA team to make improvements to documentation following our Non-conformance (NC) and CAPA process in Comet-In preparation for FDA PAI Audit activities, I worked with the validations team to provide technical insight on risk assessment documentations like FMEAs and properly defining risk levels based on related NCs and process expertise
