Responsibilities:• Worked as Quality Engineer for Piping, Subsea Pipeline, Subsea Tie-In, Hookup of Offshore Platform, Top Side Modification, Deck Extension, Jacket Fabrication, Jacket Installation, Deck Fabrication, Deck Installation, Deck Strengthening and Riser Installation. • Conducting welders qualifications and procedure qualification tests for automatic (GMAW), semiautomatic (FCAW) and manual (SMAW) processes.• Checked the availability of latest drawing, specification & procedure.• Executing the work as per procedure QAP /ITP and co-ordination with Third Party and client.• Project permanent materials & welding consumable receiving inspection and review of MTC.• Maintaining the calibration status of instruments and equipments.• Reviewing of material test certificate Respective codes & Standard.• Conducting fit -up and weld-visual inspection as well as field joint coating inspection.• Interpreting Radiographic Film.• Conducting Peel test for cold wrap Coating as per client requirement.
