Provide overall management and P&L responsibility of $70MM project portfolio, which includes AMR/AMI Smart meter installations, mechanical and electrical energy efficiency improvements, digital direct controls systems, high efficiency motors, chillers, lighting, water conservation, and central plant optimization. • Serve as the AMERESCO Southern Region representative to the customer. • Manage and mentor team of 4 direct reports. • Provide off-site and on-site support of Project Managers and Construction Managers. • Prepare budgetary and financial forecast data for monthly reports to Regional Director and Vice President. • Effectively manage subcontractor teams and multiple project partners. • Provide leadership, planning, developing, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontracts and PO terms and conditions, licensing, permitting, engineering support, and procurement to ensure successful completion of projects in a safe, timely, efficient, quality, and cost controlled manner.
