Helps distributors (agency partners) in understanding and navigating the broad Travelers enterprise. Assists with all distribution M&A activity. Territory covers Kern County to the border between California and Mexico. I was previously responsible for the entire California Region until March of 2023. The state was divided among two directors in 2023 due to our California premium volume developing to over $4.1B. As our industry moves to a more data-centric model our teams has been engaging/pursing data integration opportunities with our distribution partners to improve business efficiency.
