I was instrumental in contributing to realize the top line numbers, through programs attaining operational efficiencies; and enhancing values and bringing smiles to my customers and keeping my people happy and pleased through well-deserved career progressions and personal happiness. Currently I am leading the delivery and operations for UpSmart Solutions India Pvt. Ltd, a company in the software development and services space, servicing clients across multiple geographies.
