Retired, what a title to hold. I find that it really is a placeholder for me. I am still actively running my company called MoreThanTalk LLC which I started in 1994. When I started my professional career as a young Deputy Sheriff in Wyoming to my current position as the President CEO of my company, I can truly say I am blessed. I have been blessed with great opportunities, life lessons and incredible associates, some who remain close friends and others are just an email away. I have a very vibrant training portfolio that took a break in 2020 until recently. Covid 19, as many of us soon realized was not our friend. I was blessed during that pandemic to be the City Manager of a city that had wonderful staff, who truly allowed that city to survive and recover quickly. My company MoreThanTalk LLC has three great consultants on staff that truly when faced with any issue within our scope can develop viable solutions and put them into place. We contract with school districts and government agencies, each requires a special touch and again we have have touch. I look forward to working with others in the future. Be it training, speaking or consulting we are up to the task. Retired, only on paper. Now, I still maintain that I am a professional speaker, trainer and humorist. I have been in government for 31 years and using my experience and life skills I know help to create a motivated work force who has purpose, vision and goals. The programs I create are tailored to the client and I do very few things that aren\'t fun. I have been called the \"Fixer\", give me a call and see what we can do together. I am also the proud owner, officially called the CEO / President of MoreThanTalk LLC, which is the parent company to USA and California Safe Schools and LIfeCaddy.Net. In September of 2013, our newest company was launched which goes hand in hand with our other division, USAsafeChurch.com. I look forward to meeting people, working with and calling you a friend. Rex

   I am a contract director for the Community Services District of Mountain House, Ca. MHCSD is a community of near 25 thousand residence and actively working towards municipal incorporation. My role is to look at internal process and assist in developing a better or more efficient way of doing things. Then once a process is changed, look at the performance of the change. The process includes identifying areas that work, but know one knows why. I look at the People engaged in the Process and analyze the outcomes, which is an employee base that produces good internal and external governance. Good government is our product. My mission is to encourage a culture with good core values, vision and mission, with everyone forward facing with great cultural alignment.
