In this role, I was hired to revamp and develop technical operations for the organization. To this accord, I built a team of twenty-seven people for on-site and remote positions. Furthermore, I spearheaded the 100% transition to a cloud platform. To drive this transition, I gathered the requirements to gain approval for a $2M+ budget from the board. I also devised the workflows for a functional and efficient IT department by overseeing the development of a help desk system. I created a project prioritization process and oversaw the allocation of funds for each project. Furthermore, I identified the need for improved cross-team communication. To this end, I defined channels of communication, the chain of command, and ownership of control across various departments and divisions.
