As the Director of Partnerships at Enabling Leadership Global, my mission is to forge meaningful collaborations with Corporates to support our Programs that use football, music and Lego to foster leadership skills/ life skills in 9-15 year-old children attending under-resourced schools in Asia.I have a proven track record of building and scaling up profitable business units, managing greenfield projects, and transforming customer experience across industry-leading organizations like Vodafone India, Sify Technologies Ltd, Pepsi, Etisalat, and Matrimony.com Ltd. I have successfully managed teams of over people and turnovers up to INR 8 Bn. I have also received multiple awards and certifications for my outstanding performance and strategic acumen.    Enabling Leadership is a Global for-purpose organization with a mission to foster life skills, which we call Leadership Skills, in 9-15 year-old children attending under-resourced schools using the innovative and creative mediums of Football (EL Play), Music (EL Create) and Lego (EL Build). It is well proven that holistic education that develops Leadership and Life Skills is one of the most important requisites to children becoming adults capable of taking care of themselves and the world around them. The UNICEF denes these skills as transferable skills and calls them “the glue of all skills”. Our vision is to enable every child to be a leader —a role model, a global citizen, and a positive contributor. As a global organization, we have registered non-profit entities in India, The Netherlands, Singapore, and USA. Our programs intervene in low-income and under-resourced schools in Asia and Africa to help children to develop important leadership that enable them to become employable adults.
